Our Services

Lower Rates.

Canopy Mortgage is designed to offer lower rates to our customers by maintaining lower costs than traditional lenders.  We work from home or have lower cost leases, our technology is streamlined to use less labor, and we are a very "flat" organization. Cutting out all these costs results in lower rates and monthly payments - for up to 30 years!

Better Tech.

Our technology - named "Nano" - is owned, developed and maintained by Canopy Mortgage.  Customers and Canopy employees use and see the same exact thing in Nano from application to closing, making the loan process smooth, easy to follow, and results in happy customers!

Real People.

Team Bartley has been lending in Oregon, Washington and Nevada since 1992.  We are homeowners, like you, that live and work in your area - from Vancouver to Redmond to Las Vegas.
